Yes. You should receive an email with a tracking number when your order has been processed. Use this tracking code to see where your order is at. We will also notify you via email with regular updates regarding your shipment.
Your payment will come out on the 15th of the month before a new box ships regardless of when you placed your order. New boxes are shipped Oct/Jan/April/July (quarterly). Your payment will be processed the 15th of the month prior to the shipment being sent.

If you're unhappy with your FitBox, you can return the box (all products must be inside and unused). You will be responsible for the shipping charges. We will refund the price to you less our shipping costs. Returns must take place within 7 days of delivery.
We're sorry to hear that. Please send us a message to let us know about your problem and we will do our best to fix it. If you're still unsatisfied, log in to your account and cancel your subscription. Cancellations must take place a minimum of 2 weeks prior to the next box payment being processed in order for us to process for that billing cycle. This is when inventory is purchased and your order will be counted in that purchase. Unfortunately if the order is cancelled after this time, we will not be able to refund the purchase price and your subscription will be cancelled for the next billing cycle.
